Breakfast: 2 smoked sausage, coffee with splenda and whole cream
Lunch: 2 smoked sausage
Snack: 1 glazed donut, 1/2 cup whipped cream with carb free jello
Dinner: 2 eggs and bacon
water: 40 oz with crystal lite.

Get some Atkins bars Red. They are sweet and sort of good for you. Most don't want you to eat them, but their better than donuts!
