Breakfast: 3 slices bacon, 1 smoked sausage link, coffee with splenda and whole cream.
Lunch: 2 smoked sausage
Snack: 1 glazed donut
Dinner: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 carb free jello, 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Not a good food day.
