Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and coffee with splenda and whole cream
Lunch: A bacon ranch salad from McD's and a hamburger patty. ( only 2 tbsp of dressing on salad, didn't eat it all)
Dinner: 6oz of roast beef, single serving of broccoli and cheese.
Did have a 32 oz sweet tea, along with 64 oz crystal lite.
Feel pretty good about today:
