Breakfast: 2 smoked sausage, coffee with splenda and whole cream
Lunch: 2 smoked sausage
Snack: 1 glazed donut, 1/2 cup whipped cream with carb free jello
Dinner: 2 eggs and bacon
water: 40 oz with crystal lite.

Another day, another donut

Today started out a good day. Went to work, it was good, but there was that horrible box of donuts again, sitting in front of me. I broke down and had a glazed one. I also had some whipped cream with my carb free jello. Tomorrow I start nights, so there will be no donuts there while I am around. That is good because I won't have to battle not to eat them. It is easier for me to not eat junk at night, especially because there usually isn't any sitting around at night. I have not stepped back on the scale and will not until Sunday. I realize that once a week is all I need. I am feeling pretty...

Dinner: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 carb free jello, 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Not a good food day.

day is done.....

Well, I lost it, and had 1 donut. I am lucky that starting on thursday I will not be there at the same time the donuts are. I did pick up some carb free jello and some 1 carb whipped cream. Other then that I had a good day. One of the problems I have is breakfast. After a while I get tired of eggs and don't know what else to eat. Also, today and yesterday I have been very hungry late in the day. I try to drink water to overcome it, but today it didn't work, hence the donut. OK this was not a good eating day, but I am not going to binge because of it. I will just get right back on plan...

How often to weigh?

I made it up on time this morning. Coffee is calling me. I stepped on the scale and it said up . 4 pds. I am not sure how that is possible. I know I ate less then 1200 cals yesterday and the only carbs I had were a salad, some broccoli and the ice tea. Hummm, that may have done it. The ice tea was sweetened with sugar. I used to believe in weighing every day. Then I read some research that suggests weighing every week because of little fluctuations each day, then different research suggests weighing every day again in order to monitor your weight more accurately. As of this am, I can see...
