When I made them this morning I didn't use the Cinnamon. Also, if you don't use the cinnamon or
Splenda you can make savory ones - I did ham and cheese and the Splenda was light so it wasn't too sweet - but I imagine no Splenda and using for low carb enchiladas or seafood crepes with crab, shrimp, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, parmesan and cream cheese and herbs! YUM!
Easy to make, and totally induction friendly ... AND THEY ARE GOOD !
