4 eggs
4 tsp Splenda

I am doing a little experimenting with stabilizing my blood sugar readings to see what might help. I went...

I am glad I haven't set myself any goal weights. I would love to get to 280 by Christmas but at this rate I will be lucky to make 280. The upside despite having a stressful week is I feel quite good. Have not managed the treadmill at all but walked the hospital corridors instead. Mum who is nearly 88 years had a fall in her rest home and broke her hip. After many assessments they finally operated and gave her a partial...
