Thinking about summer etc

I am home alone and I love the peace and quiet. I have no radio or tv on at the moment. I just like my quiet time.

I haven't gotten on my treadmill yet and I need to do that. I am so grateful to have that right in my home. The thots of going to a public gym are not entirely appealing to me but I am planning on it during the summer months when I am living at my cottage.

I know that I could walk myself around camp and do my exercise that way but I know me. With the treadmill the floor is moving underneath me and I have to keep up. I would not push myself...

BREAKFAST: 3 pieces of bacon and diet sprite

LUNCH: side salad with ranch and cheeseburger -bun diet coke
20 oz water

SNACK: string cheese

DINNER: chicken breast with bacon, ham,cheese and mayo water

Restart

I've been computerless, and I don't like it one little bit!
I know that I should be glad for the break, but I do some of my work via the computer. So it cramps my budget and irritates me as well.

I have not been doing well on the diet.
So as of yesterday, I start all over.
Not on induction...just on point. I have been maintaining not dieting.
Yesterday I started tracking every bite I eat and tracking my weight daily in a private journal at home. I'm hoping this will get me back and keep me on track. Wish me luck, I have a feeling I'm going to need...

Goals

I don't think I've ever recorded my goals for this journey, so I'll go ahead and jot them down just to come back to later.

Initially when I started in March '08 at 354 lbs, I had a goal of getting to 300 lbs by May '08. That turned out to be pretty unrealistic.

I know you're sposed to set small goals for yourself as you go along so that you don't get lost b/c your ultimate goal is so far off and you lost heart.

So, with that in mind, I am currently at 325 and my goals are as follows:

minigoal: get with the program and start getting healthier...
