Tuesday - Sept 30

1. Net Carbs eaten:
Prebreakfast, gym snack: Cheese stick and nuts (figured fat was a good idea)
Breakfast: pumpkin breakfast bake (yummy) and tea

Lunch: last piece of whitecastle pie
Snack: nuts and a little cream cheese

Dinner: grilled chicken salad with homemade dressing...

2. Type of Exercise: Recumbent Bike (25 min) & Treadmill (30 min)
Amount of time: 50 min

3.Ounces of Water 64
Ounces of Other___

Breakfast: 3 slices bacon, 1 smoked sausage link, coffee with splenda and whole cream.
Lunch: 2 smoked sausage
Snack: 1 glazed donut
Dinner: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 carb free jello, 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Not a good food day.

Well, I lost it, and had 1 donut. I am lucky that starting on thursday I will not be there at the same time the donuts are. I did pick up some carb free jello and some 1 carb whipped cream. Other then that I had a good day. One of the problems I have is breakfast. After a while I get tired of eggs and don't know what else to eat. Also, today and yesterday I have been very hungry late in the day. I try to drink water to overcome it, but today it didn't work, hence the donut. OK this was not a good eating day, but I am not going to binge because of it. I will just get right back on plan...

Tues -
30 mins walking @ lunch time, 1X walking around parking lot @ 10 mins

Weds -
30 mins swimming and pool exercises, 1X walking around parking lot @ 10 mins

Thrs -
30 mins walking @ lunchtime, 2X walking around parking lot 10 mins each

Fri -
30 mins walking @ lunchtime, 2X walking around 10 mins each, 40 mins swimming and pool exercises

Yay another loss!

I was sweating it this morning on the way to WW's. I convinced myself that I did not do well. I got a surprise to find out that I lost a pound. That is two losses in a row. I am very glad. Now next week I can enter into a "new" number.

I am excited now and it only makes me want to be even better at eating clean and on plan.

Ya know what my leader did today? One gal wore a denim skirt and she weighed in much heavier than she wanted. She was disappointed because she figured out it was the denim skirt. The leader told her to take it off in the...
