Deltoids (side)
DB Upright Rows 3 sets of 10

Back (general)
BB Bentover Rows 3 sets of 4-6

Trapezius (Upper)
BB Shrugs 3 sets of 10

Deltoid (rear)
DB Rear Lateral Raises 3 sets of 4-6

Biceps
EZ Curl Bar 3 sets of 4-6

Brachialis
DB Concentration Curls 3 sets of 8-10

Brachioradialis

How am I doing?

Well, I guess I'll start a blog to track my weight lifting mostly.

I'm a member of the Support Unlimited and the Weightlifting Challenges. I'm thankful for the support I get from them both. But I'll use this to keep track of the little details.

A little about me.

I lost 90 pounds in six months eating at induction level carbs four years ago. I didn't start really exercising until I weighed about 270. I started lifting the Max-OT program and gained some strength. I also gained an interest in amateur strongman contests. We have a great group of guys here...

Day 1

I am going to do this, even tho' it was on a last second choice!!! I am on a new job, so its a new me!!!!!

My kids are going to be proud of me, and I will make a better life for all 3 of us, and learn to slowly delete Mo from our lives!!!! I refuse to allow ignorance into our liefs!!! The kids are counting on me!!!! I need to remember we are divorced and that is that!!! With a big HUGE .

I want to enjoy the kids and live my life that best suites them. I am tired of always being tired, never going to the park, never to the pool, never doing anything, but making...

Day 4....pounds coming off!!!

I am at the end of day 4 and the lbs are coming off! I have lost 4 lbs since Wednesday when I started this WOE. I am pleased that I am doing something right. I have lost 8 lbs if u count from my evening weight on Wednesday, I elected to use my morning weight though and it reflects a loss of 4 lbs. My son is also following along with me and he has a total loss of 11 lbs!! I think he must have a faster metabolism than Mom though.
Well, Im off to bed, its been a long night. Will update more tomorrow!

A Daily Schedule

Even though I am on holiday I have decided to bring back a routine into my day, to provide motivation and also because I want to set up patterns that are doable when I am working again. If this is truly going to be an all of life WOE, then I need to place it into a regular day.
I have to be at school each day at 7am, so unfortunately that means no more weekday sleep-ins, but I can take naps and down time in the day for the next 3 weeks of hoilday at least.

5:15 Wake-up Put kettle on, toilet dog
5:20 Morning stretches
5:30 Shower and dress
5:45 QT...
