November 15, Day 15 (week 3)

I did it! I made it 2 full weeks on plan. I lost 7 pounds the first week and 2 the 2nd for a total of 9 pounds to date! not a bad start.

ONE MORE THING!!! I am wearing jeans that are fitting comfortably RIGHT out of the dryer! yeah! I usually have to hang them to dry because I'm afraid they won't fit good enough out of the dryer.

  • yesterday's goals:exercise I did a lower body weight workout followed by 30 min. walking on the treadmill
  • eat on plan
  • get a load or 2 of laundry done sort of, lol. I got 2 loads washed, 1 dried and

Grape tomatoes: 12 oz
Coffee: 16 oz

Total: 439 calories

Wardrobe Malfunction!!!! :oP~

So it seems that I'm losing inches too.
While I was at work tonight ( I'm a dealer in a casino) I felt my panties slipping down off of my hips! Tried to "scoot" them back into place by rubbing my hip on the table as I delt ( cause I am forbidden to put my hands below the table or to touch myself- might be stealing money!)
The "scooting" only made it worse. They started falling down my butt.
By the time I got off of that game and could head to the bathroom to fix it, my panty line was somewhere on the backs of my thighs!

yesterday's goals:
  • exercise I walked on my treadmill for 40 min.
  • eat on plan
  • 15 min. decluttering
  • read a little out of my book
  • get a load or 2 of laundry done I got 1 load in the wash but didn't get it dried.

as you can see above for the most part my day was great. I really need to get the decluttering in addition to normal daily things done so I'm making headway. I'm getting it done most days, but end up missing some here and there too.


I'm not going to try and keep my goals lite today and tomorrow. really not feeling...
