Sick as a dog

My tummy is really upset. Not sure what has caused this and don't know what to eat. Want to crawl into bed and want it to go away.

It's A Miracle

Yes, it's a miracle. I am down 10 lbs and only have been on the diet for 5 days. Its happy dance time

Now the debate begins. Do I take a break or not? I'm scared if I do, I would binge out instead of having the one free meal.

Meek I have no idea how mant cals I eat a day. I just eat when I am hungry and eat LC food. I stopped tracking everything a while back because it was just something else to stress on. I didnt start losing this fast until I really upped the exercise.

Man yesterday was a real workout. I spent 6 hrs spring cleaning our sun room. I must have done alot because the scale is down another lb to 166

Also I picked up our weight bench so as soon as its all set up I will start lifting I want to really tone everything up.

Tons of stuff to do today
