I am tracking my calories using Fitday. I try to keep my calories between 1500 and 1800. I try to get my fat up to 80%... I also try to eat three veggies and a serving of fruit each day...

Day 5 update

I am feeling much better! I'm usually not so whiny, but I was STRESSED!! Anyway I was able to reschedule one of my tests and my CPR class so some of that weight is lifted off of my shoulders so I can breath a BIG sigh of relief! I've been so busy I haven't been able to prepare my foods like I normally do on Sundays, but I will definitely do that this weekend. I've been living off Subway cheesestake salad, which is not the bestis choice but hey, it's def not the worse.

Difficult Time....

I am having a difficult time right now....so difficult... The depression is really eating at me and I can't seem to get myself together enough to go out and jog which would probably help if I could do it.

Eating wise, I haven't been eating my veggies like I should. I am just not taking care of myself today... I so feel like crap!

Why me, why me I so don't totally deserve this. I just want some peace in my life. Happiness alludes me and I have totally disappeared. Am I going to go to my grave only knowing fleeting moments of happiness in my life. How sad that is. To...

I feel so much better with starting lowcarbing again. No reflux/indigestion since early this week.

Still chugging along. I'm actually back up to 187 but thats price I have to pay for going off plan. If that is not incentive enough to stay on plan I dunno what is It seems to take about a week just to get back to the weight you were at before the cheat! Ugggh.

Another long day ahead. Work for 9 hours and then meeting some classmates later to study for out test.
