Scale is still stuck at 187, and this blog is all about honesty and accountability so here goes. Here are a couple of reasons why my scale hasn't moved:
- On Weds, I had some white rice...
- Yesterday, Friday I had a cafechillo, which was not low carb.
- Subway big philly cheestake salad (lots of cheese
)
These things are totally wrong and I know they are the reasons I'm stuck right now. So, from here on out I'm getting back strict again with my eating. Will be making my food ahead of time and making sure I get in a good amount of fat daily via evco, when I do that the weight...
