Baby Blues

Posted 09-22-2008 at 06:37 PM by noony
Well the grandbaby wanted to cling to me all day. Hence not much exercise. My meals were on key but I did little else but sit on the sofa with him. Not enough water either but now tis bedtime and tomorrow is another day. Tam is picking him up early for the doctors so that will give me time to do some cardio and take a walk maybe if this humidity ever gets down some.

I will not give up!up:

Initial Goal 9/22/08 - Yogurt Exception?

I hit 122 lbs today which was my initial goal!!! However it was a bit hard to be excited because I still feel so FLABBY! I looked good at this weight when I was younger. I guess I need to increase the conditioning exercises and not depend only on cardio. I'm trying to get the YOU On A Diet 20-min workout into my regular routine. Anyway, I'm pressing on for 118 lbs.

Had the strangest craving today. I was reading a thread regarding the "Yogurt Exception." I never heard of such a thing but apparently it means fermented dairy products technically have fewer...

Going to make it through a clean Induction

Posted 09-22-2008 at 10:31 AM by StartingOver
Whatever it takes. I have yet to make it through a clean induction since I've restarted back in December, and my stats show it. I have lost weight, but it's been a lot slower than it would have, b/c I've been yo-yoing back and forth all this time. I will do it this time. So here goes. Today is Day 2, as I started yesterday. I had a slight headache last night and this morning, but right now I feel really good suprisingly. I had some acv water yesterday and co bark so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
