Thursday - Sept 25

1. Net Carbs eaten:
Breakfast: egg cream (2 eggs, 2 tbs half and half, cinammon 1 tsp diabetisweet) water!

Lunch: grilled chicken breast with steamed green beans and carrots (butter and pepper), one cream cheese muffin (water)
snack: 8 nuts
Dinner: 1 lc waffle (approx 4 net carbs), eggs and turkey sausage

2. Exercise
Type of Exercise: mall walk (1 hour)
Amount of time:1 hour

3. Water

I was looking at my stats and it is sooo easy to forget just how for you've come in your journey. I remember those days of getting on the scale and seeing that slider near that 216 mark and thinking how in the HELL did I get here, reality is I know exactly how I got there, so I made a commitment back in December 07 to get back to low carb and NEVER let myself get back to that point. Today I'm at 185 considering I've got some water rentention going on (rings are a bit tighter) So I'm happy with that so that gives me a total of 31 lbs lost! Feeling Strong

I decided that this morning I was going to relax and work on some things just for ME. It is rainy and chilly out so I slept in and will do some ED work here in a bit (journaling, food logging, gratuity journal, etc..).

Yesterday was a rough rough day. I ended up binging again last night after treatment. It is just a lot to deal with. We talked about body image and anxiety yesterday, which were both great topics, then dinner was actually a challenge, which they do once a month. It was serve yourself, and it was pasta. I am new here!!!!!!, and need help getting back on the wagon

I used to work out all the time eat right, and was a size 4. Now I am a size 10! I miss the old me. I need to loose maybe 10, or 14 pounds, but what really bothers me is my whole family is eating unhealthy. My husband is heavy and one of my sons is following in his foot prints. How do I get back on track and most importantly how do I help my family get interested in eating right and excersizing?

Down a Pound Today....Yay!!!

Well it seems I am down a pound today... Although I have been eating a lot of cream cheese the last few days to get my fat grams up, I am still happy with the one pound!

Hopefully, I can lose another one this coming week... I have been drinking my ACV, as well as taking my supplements.

I am also hoping to get back to running before the weekend is out, at least one run in...

I haven't been feeling deprived and have been trying to get in my three veggies, usually in the form of salad because I don't feel like cooking too much. As...
