Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust
Heat oven to 450 degrees
In a bowl thoroughly combine
3 eggs
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
press evenly into Pam sprayed pizza pan or cookie sheet
(this makes one 16 inch pizza crust)
Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown (about 10 to 15 minutes)

Here is what your crust looks like after baking

It will completely lift off your cookie sheet. I patted the grease off of it, but that...

Salmon Patties...

Posted 09-27-2008 at 07:45 PM by skeeweeaka
Salmon Patties

1 (14.75) oz can salmon
1/2 cup pork rinds (finely ground) (optional)
1/2 cup minced onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 minced garlic clove
2 large beaten eggs
4 tablespoons mayo (optional—but it adds a lot to the dish)

Mix all and then refrigerate for 1/2 hour...(optional, but they handle easier)
Make into 8 patties and cook until browned on both sides turning once.

Can't wait to try this recipe, although I might try it without the pork rinds and with flax instead......

Posted 09-27-2008 at 10:13 AM by CurveControl
It is seriously looking like I can go a whole week!

Half way there!

I have been hurting some but have manged to get some yoga stretches in! some help, some hurt, but ia have a "deck" of yoga cards that I can pull from.
Plus some floor work, Leg lifts especially help strtch my hips and sacral joint, and while I am down there I amight as well do some pelvic tilts, sit ups (proper ones) and crunches.

So far so good!

So far today I have had an oopsie, a cup of coffee and a big bowl of freenbeans with lots of bacon...
