Thank God for everything that happens in my life!
I'm down another pound.

I don't have a menu to post because the way I eat now is not on a set schedule.
I eat only when hungry. The way God intended us to eat.

This Time Around...

Today... Well I didn't do bad but I really was craving some of the sweet stuff but I waited and it pasted. I think those are some of the hardest moments. My will power is very strong. I can turn it down knowing that the reward is much greater than what is in front of me at that very moment.

What are some of my rewards?

Well for starters I plan on getting engaged very soon and that means engagement pictures and dress shopping and I would just hate myself if I didn't look "healthy" in those pictures or that dress!
