Day 1: Running

Finally, back to running after missing a week due to my right foot.

Anyway, I ran for 41 minutes.

ok, I'm using DETERMINED again. didn't do as well yesterday as I hoped. I'm getting desperate here. I HAVE to do this NOW!

so, I started off right today. got up, forced my breakfast down early. got my weight routine done and quick got ready for work. ate my post workout meal and packed my on plan meal for lunch.

I have dinner planned and will get it in the oven as soon as I come home from work this afternoon before dh and I head out to pick out glass for the garage door windows.

this week, I have a couple things going on that I'm not willing to give up...

Finally hit the 230's!

Today is a great day! I'm down 5.4 for the week to 238.6! yay! I'm excited about that!

Cooking all my meals today for the week!

Crack the Code For Me

Today I went and bought everything that I like to start the crack the code diet. Joined two blogs that looked very encouraging and ready to start. Will I make it?

Starting with a friend from work and my daughter who has already said she will do it her way. Mmmmm, already a twist had been added to the story.

I have lost weight and been "perfect" twice in the past 8 years. So it can be done. the last 2 years have been emotionally hard and that's the kind of eater I am.

I wake up and start a new beginning. I hope this site brings me encouragement...

Still Low Carb, Still Losing

Losing slowly but still losing.

I'm eating an Atkins shake for breakfast, Morningstar Farms crumbles and Manwich, pistachios and 1 oz. of cheddar for lunch and a cheese omelet and Morningstar Farms breakfast patties for dinner.

I haven't exercised as much as I'd like. I have a nerve problem in my foot and have an appt with a podiatrist. I do use the bike, I'd just prefer to use the treadmill - and the bike hurts my foot. Still using the ball for abs and band for legs and arms.
