Happy Monday to all.This is my 2nd time doing CTFLC. The last time I tried this I didn't plan and deplete week kicked my ass. Well I went back to a low-fat vegan diet and I haven't lost any weight.

My scale said 203.8 lbs. this a.m. Today is day1 deplete for me. It's going well. Had breakfast and a snack all ready. The weather here is getting warmer! I think it might get into the 80's.
