Monthly weigh in

Weight this morning, 159 (72.1 kilos) which makes 3.3 lbs lost for September and brings total to 24.5 this year.

I think I'll put my stats back on user info.

Fitness assessment at the gym later. Hope to see another big improvement in my VO2 score and bodyfat %.

Goal for October, get 2000 metre time down to under 10:30.

middle of the night blog

I wasn't sleeping well so I am up at the computer. Allergies. I had the window open.

It is the first of October today. I can't believe it. Our son's 40th birthday is on October 4th! His SO is throwing him a surprise party.

I got weighed in today and I came home and ate sensibly. I have come home and had something off plan in times past. It can get out of control, if even for one day. I am better off not indulging at all.

I am happy that I have had two losses in a row now. That is progress. I gotta get back to kick ass program and...

Day 5 menu and thoughts

breakfast 3 pm: tuna salad

lunch 6 pm: bacon hamburger quiche, green tea

snack 9 pm: pork rinds, sf jello, water

dinner 12 am: tuna salad, diet sunkist

snack: pork rinds, water, water, water!!

I think I managed to get about 120 oz of water today, very proud of that. I'm actively searching for new recipes for veggies. I've never been much of a veggie eater and I know I need more veggies in my diet. I'll be off work for next 2 days so I'll be able to get to the grocery store and stock up. Home computer is still out...

Tuesday - Sept 30

1. Net Carbs eaten:
Prebreakfast, gym snack: Cheese stick and nuts (figured fat was a good idea)
Breakfast: pumpkin breakfast bake (yummy) and tea

Lunch: last piece of whitecastle pie
Snack: nuts and a little cream cheese

Dinner: grilled chicken salad with homemade dressing...

2. Type of Exercise: Recumbent Bike (25 min) & Treadmill (30 min)
Amount of time: 50 min

3.Ounces of Water 64
Ounces of Other___

Breakfast: 3 slices bacon, 1 smoked sausage link, coffee with splenda and whole cream.
Lunch: 2 smoked sausage
Snack: 1 glazed donut
Dinner: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 carb free jello, 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Not a good food day.
