Having one of those nights

Everything has been going great for the last few days, and then out of nowhere I binge. I don't know what's wrong with me. I have so many ups and downs. Some days I feel like it would be easier to not eat at all then to worry about what to eat and when to eat it. I really thought there would be a time in my life where I beat ED for good. Sure I would still have some of the ED thoughts, but I would be able to control the physical parts. Now I feel like no matter what I do I will always have this. It's depressing and sad. I want to beat this so badly, but something is blocking me. Could...

Well, I'm starting to get a little nervous about going home for the holidays. I have told my family about my new WOE, and they all seem to have comments. My sister is in the hospital as we speak, and when i called to check up on her, she actually started questioning MY health... Lunch: 5 chicken wings, homemade dressing 1/2 pickle
snack: tea (no sweetners at all) a few nuts, string cheese
Dinner: chicken breast steamed veggies with butter and pepper

2. Type of Exercise: treadmill hills
Amount of time: 45 min

3. Ounces of Water 64
Ounces of Other 2 cups of tea

I dont much feel like posting today. I had a rotten day and treatment was really hard. I did meet with my nutritionist before treatment and she thinks I am doing well. She gave me some advice on how to break the cycle of binging/purging so tomorrow I will try them. For tonight I just want to move forward and not think....
