Dubrovnik mein liebstes Urlaubsörtchen!

Dubrovnik hat einen Stadthafen, den Hafen Gruz und den Yachthafen Dubrovnik. Der alte Stadthafen wird durch den Wellenbrecher Porporella geschützt; hier können Yachten mit bis zu 3 m Tiefgang anlegen; kleinere Schiffe ankern in der Bucht Gornja Bocina. Gruz ist ein Handelshafen, 2,5 km nordwestlich des alten Dubrovnik gelegen. Der Yachthafen in Dubrovnik befindet sich in Komolac an der Bucht Rijeka dubrovacka, etwa 4 km von der Einfahrt in den Hafen Gruz entfernt. Der Flughafen von Dubrovnik ist in Cilipi.

only gained about 5 lbs while on vacation. not too bad for all the cheating done. still tried to stay away from sugar, but I wasn't able to stay away from breads that much.

oh twell, and now back to the regularly scheduled programming

S: 1/2 peanut butter choc chip granola bar
L: 2 ham slices, 3 turkey slices, w/ mayo, 1 flax cracker with cream cheese
S: 1 cheese stick
D: steak on the grill, grilled zucchini
Z: lc cheesecake

8:00 am ate breakfast (see menu)
9:15 am BG: 91
10:22am BG 78

So, yep, I take that as a confirmation of hypoglycemia. Normal blood sugars are supposed to *rise* after a meal.

10:30 am carby snack (teach me to not be prepared)

11:21 am BG 102, BP 134/110
12:10 pm ate lunch, napped a bit
2:54 pm BG 102, BP 142/84
3:10 pm snack
