Nine days into this and I'm doing ok. My weight loss has slowed down, but that's ok. I knew I couldn't keep losing 11 lbs a week, lol.. anyway, I got on the scale this morning and I'm down 3 more lbs! yay!!
I had broiled talapia last night with jalopenas and peppercheese and butter sauce. And a salad. All together it was about 7 carbs. I never am very good at figuring out the salad. But I just grab a handful of pre shredded salad mix from the bag in the fridge...add bacos and crumbled pork skins and about 2-3 tbsp of ranch dressing.
This morning I'm not hungry...but...
