It is so hard to look at that pic. So hard to see ME as I truly am. So hard to realize that I have dropped 100# and still am more massive than I can comprehend. So hard. So posting this pic is a commitment to acknowledge my true size. Hard to face facts, as I have been 400# or more for the 2d half of my life, for most of my career. Sigh.

LC - what's it all about??? Oh, I came to LC to lose weight. First read Atkins just about the time I decided to try WLSurgery in mid 1970s. Bad idea for me, personally, and it was reversed just in time to keep me from vanishing altogether. I live in SoCal and shall turn 64 in February 2008 and am hopeful of seeing the last of 400# before starting my 65th year - only the last 35 or so being obese years.

I'm stuck at 214. GRR!

I just want to be in the ones again. Its been 3/4 days since I've lost a pound or anything. It gets me down sometimes but I'm going to stick with this because I have no other choice

I purchased a pair of size 12 cords today at lunch. Sure, there is a 2% spandex in the pant, but a 12, is a 12, is a 12. I can't believe it!
