What an exciting week i've had! All week i've been sick, i finally saw a dr last night who came in to declare a death for one of our patients, he exmined me and wrote me out a script for some meds. All week my sinuses have been killing me. its really hard to think clearly with that much pain.
On the bright side i've worked out everyday expect Sun doing Callanetics also i've started to do Joyce Verdal for the upper body. I did Callanetics yesterday for 1 hour and then today i did Joyce Verdal.
Now i'm off to take a shower and try and find a drugstore that is open to fill my script!...

Well, here I am, January 1, 2008.

This time last year I was 5 months post partum with my 2nd daughter. I was at about 196 lbs (I'm 6'1" tall). I knew I was using the birth of my child as an excuse for all of my extra pounds. So I joined Nutrisystem. I was really determined to lose the weight and I did! I got down to 164 lbs and I was almost in a size 8. Totally happy!

Then in July I moved into a house we built and I went back to work. With all the traveling and meetings and "free foods" I quickly went back up to 183 lbs where I am now. ...

Just sticking to plan.

So far today has gone well...
cleaning house and trying to stay away from the kitchen. I will plan dinner and have that thawing... but my will power is a bit low today... so Im drinking lots and trying to stay focused on other things. Watching the Barrett/Jackson car show which is just awesome.
Beats the heck out of the car shows we have in pigeon forge.

Making it one day at a time.. 191 this morning.
It might be just water but Im taking it!

wow. 2007 flew by. if i had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't, though. except for sarah.... I would re-live every moment with her. she's my precious, fabulous, beautiful, smart and amazing niece.

so i'm back.... bells palsy kicked my butt last year for a little while... stunted my growth & plans, but i'm healing. everything is coming back... slowly, but it's coming back.

i cooked all day yesterday, preparing for two induction weeks... maybe more. one of the problems i forsee is my annual trip to sf. we leave on the 10th. we walk everywhere, though,...
