I am going to have to keep a record of what I eat... after writing down things last night. I came up with 50 carbs!!!! And then remembered more things I forgot to add.

Today Im carrying around my little post it note pad and writing down what Im eating. I have ate too many pork rinds but at least thats zero carbs and they mush down to nothing.

I'm searching the internet for new magazine subscriptions and a new bathingsuit. They are slowly bringing them out but so far I havent found one that I really like enough to pay 50 to100 dollars. I swear Im not buying...

Starting the new year right (almost)

Okay so I decided to start this blog to keep up with my food intake. I will still use my journal for reflections and rants. So far I've haven't done bad but not good either since I haven't eaten anything so I am now starving and getting ready to go home for lunch for leftover greens and some chicken or some type of protein.

Breakfast: Decaf Coffee w/non dairy creamer and DaVinci's Caramel

Lunch: Greens and Chicken?

2008 is progressing well, far as I can tell. Jan.2 is a chilly morn in SoCal, so I'm writing with a tummyful of hot slosh (WPP+espresso+cocoa) as I await arrival of VCO (due here 1/3) to stoke my furnace, fuel up cells that I plan to deplete of fat.

Yes, my plans for 2008 are to become a slack skin bag full of depleted fat cells sucking up fluid to hold space for new fat - until my fat cells give it up, deflate, offer up their shape-holding fluid to The Whoosh Fairy™ as my faithful chugging of water attracts said delightful creature.

That's my plan for 2008. LC....

One Day At A Time!

So here I am on day one of the 14 day induction. I know I can do this and will feel so much better for it.

I am ready to put 2007 far behind me. It was a tough year in more ways than one. My main resolution for 2008 is to get healthy. Every year I resolve to lose weight. Not this year. I know that for me getting healthy means a low carb diet to control Fibro. The weight loss will be a nice added benefit.

There were several things that happened to me last year that were beyond my control. I am sure there will be some of the same in 2008. But I plan to control the...

Happy New Year

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I am going to make good use of it. First I will not let anymore junk enter my mouth...well at least not for this week. Can't commit to forever.
Second...Well Its the start of something big. I can see it coming down the tracks and it gets me all tingly.
