Today is Clean-out DAY

Today is the day I will clean out the pantry, refrigerator and set things in motion through the grocery market to get the low carb going. I'm going to try this to get the blood sugar down. Let's see how it goes. Happy Monday!

I made it through my first day successfully.

Breakfast: 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausage patties, scrambled eggs

Lunch: pork roast, cabbage

Dinner: baked chicken leg, spinach

This morning my husband made bacon and eggs for breakfast, but I could only choke down a few bites. I felt sick looking at my plate, and I looked at the toast on my husband's plate and I wanted it. Induction Day 7 - Bad Leg!

Oh for goodness sake! I wanted to start exercising today and now something has happened to my leg. Left calf feels all cramped up. But it won't ease off like a cramp, so I must have strained something. Now I'm ticked off!

Food so far, bacon and eggs for breakfast, cold chicken and veggies for lunch, couple of oz's of chedder as a snack. Haven't added up the carbs yet, but can't be more than 10.
Too much tea though! At least three mugs and a coffee. But plenty of water. 7 glasses already and about to refill my water bottle for the third time, when I can hobble...

Back to school today for the kids. It will be nice to get back to a routine. I have been neglecting my blog, but posting on the Inner Hotties thread.

I've been working out to Cardio Coach workouts on my treadmill. I love them, and can't believe how fast the time flies by.

WI on Saturday and I was up, which was disappointing. I'm still up, so I wonder if this is because I've started exercising and muscle weighs more than fat? In any event I'm not going to worry about it, and I'll just keep up with my routine.

I hope I'm doing this right. BLOG is for blather; JOURNAL is focused on progress as I let go of weight. Actual pounds and inches, as I let go!
