So I did work out at 5am

I did my Tony Little video and I'm going to do that 5x a week(Mon-Fri) probably at the same time.Also by his instruction I'm going to do various cardio 3x a week(Mon,Wed,Fri).I moved all the Christmas decorations out to the shed and plus did a major houseclean(pulling out couches etc...)and I also moved some furniture around.I sweat a little so I guess it can count as today's cardio.
The scale was 161 this morning(oh my pumpkin pie).

Today's menu:
B-2 basted eggs,homemade(no sugar)rye/wheat toast
L-tuna,boiled eggs,celery(all chopped up and topped...

HEY EVERYONE TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY OF MY DIET AND I ALREADY WANT TO CHEAT..I AINT USE TO THIS .. THIS REALLY THE FIRST TIME I'M GOIN TO TRY TO STICK TO MY GOAL AND IT IS ALREADY HARD... ALL I HAVE HAD TODAY WAS 2 BACON,EGG,AND GRAPEFRUIT JUICE THAT STUFF IS NASTY... FOR DINNER I CAN HAVE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE,SALAD,AND ANY KIND OF MEAT..BUT TO BE HONEST I WONDER HOW LONG I'M GOIN TO STICK TO THIS CAUSE I WAS SOME RAISE BRAND CEREAL ALL READY... I WANT TO LOSE 160 BY MY BIRTHDAY...BUT I KNOW IT GOIN TO TAKE TIME I DON'T REALLY THINK I CAN LOSE 160 BY THAN ..BUT WHO KNOWS BUT WITH GOD...

hanging in there

NOt much to post, today was grocery day. Had only 50 to spend and probably spent 100. Bills at the first of the month!!

I got mostly low carb stuff.. so family might lose a pound or two. lol..

I had cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon this morning.. had lunch later .. which was canned chicken.. the big can...with bacon bits and mayo... just sat with the phone to my ear and chowed while talking to a friend...
Dinner will be 50/50 meatloaf part vension/beef
I have some salad stuff that needs to be used.. was gonna make potatos but fear the temptation!...

Induction Day 7 - Bad Leg improving

It's getting better rapidly. Not so much that I dare get on the stepper, but I'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Carbs for today, under 20. Think I'm done with food for today now.

Weigh in tomorrow! Eeek. I have this horrible feeling there'll be no change at all.

I'm going to try some 'experimenting' with different menus/totals.
Why not ... I've got nothing but time. lol.
Might as well have some fun with my paid for downloaded Fitday.

I haven't completely worked out all the details yet.
So I'll probably start on Wednesday.
