
I did my Tony Little video and I'm going to do that 5x a week(Mon-Fri) probably at the same time.Also by his instruction I'm going to do various cardio 3x a week(Mon,Wed,Fri).I moved all the Christmas decorations out to the shed and plus did a major houseclean(pulling out couches etc...)and I also moved some furniture around.I sweat a little so I guess it can count as today's cardio.
The scale was 161 this morning(oh my pumpkin pie).

L-tuna,boiled eggs,celery(all chopped up and topped...
