Love my latte'

Last night, I had two cups of dinner but still managed to find room for some Hershey Kisses and Nilla Wafers. Aagh! On to the next day.

I've decided to not post the amounts because, well I'm lazy.

B: latte' and almonds
L: latte' and almonds
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: chicken breast, green salad, ff ranch, almonds
S: string cheese, green peppers

Hmm...not the best day for the nutrients. I really should not have more than one latte' per day, but I can usually get away with it a couple of times a week...

Am I crazy?

...I worked out at 4am this morning after DH left.I'm so tired I'm dragging through the day.It wouldn't be so bad if I actually went to bed early(which I'll be working on tonight).

Last night I had 2 chicken drums with steamed broc/cauli
then I had 2 bites of pumpkin pie.
I'm trying to justify it by saying I hardly used any sugar in it(all my baking for the family is at least half the sugar.I'd use Splenda but I bake alot, it would be too expensive...I look forward to the day they sell it in big bags at a cheap price,which I'm surprised that they don't because of the...

Well I have worked out three somewhat similar menus.
I will do each of the three for four days and on the fifth day
substitute a fish dinner for the usual dinner.

So for the next fifteen days I will weigh every day. PITA.
And then I won't weigh until St.Patty's Day.

Day 3 of induction

I made it successfully through another day!

Yesterday's menu:
Breakfast: a few bites of bacon and eggs
Lunch: baked chicken, spinach with cheddar cheese
Dinner: same as lunch

This morning I weighed in at 181.5.

My Husband the Saboteur

My husband is so sweet and supportive of me! Well, most of the time. He does NOT support me in low carbing for whatever reason. He supports me in exercising, eating less, but not low carbing. So this time around I didn't even tell him what I was doing. He noticed...
