Last night, I had two cups of dinner but still managed to find room for some Hershey Kisses and Nilla Wafers. Aagh! On to the next day.
I've decided to not post the amounts because, well I'm lazy.

S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: chicken breast, green salad, ff ranch, almonds
S: string cheese, green peppers
Hmm...not the best day for the nutrients. I really should not have more than one latte' per day, but I can usually get away with it a couple of times a week...
