So, turns out I was doing things all wrong! I wasn't eating fats at all, and I wasn't eating enough calories either. I'm guessing I was only taking in about 500 calories a day. After doing a lot of research on my own, getting lots of feedback from this site, and getting the Atkins book, I realized I needed to start all over. So, took the last two days off and started back up today. I'm doing the original Atkins 72 this time. Pretty much the same, only less carbs in the beginning.
