I forgot how tired and rundown I would get initially, but I am going to do it. Seems like I always do very well when I have a goal: like my 2 trips coming up.

Breakfast today: 2 strips of bacon and 2 small pieces of canadian bacon/ham and diet coke

Lunch:20 ounces of water and Hardees LC thick buger -ketchup add mayo/must with extra pickles and side salad with ranch

SNACK: 5 baby carrots
20 ounces of water
decaf coffee cream and equal

Well Candy came over with birthday present and we had drinks So I had 3 vodka with...

Well, here I go again. Seems like the story of my adult life. Not my childhood, not teenage years but from about 20 yrs old on. Geez.....I have officially been overweight about 15 years now???? Where has the time gone? This isnt supposed to be me and I dont want it to be. Or do I? Why do I always sabatoge myself? What is wrong with me that I do this to myself. I get depressed about being fat, ***** about being fat, but then everytime I lose weight I never keep it off. Food ramblings from a hungry gal

Man, yesterday I was starving all day! I wound up waiting way too long to have dinner, but it was because I just HAD to have some sushi, so I had to wait until I could get to the right store for it. I'm actually having it again tonight because my sister wants some, and so I have to have it, too.



But then I'm cleaning my act back up for the rest of the week so I can have another good weigh in. The scale this morning was down a little, so I'm not too concerned about the sushi, but ya never know. Sometimes my body just decides to punish me out of...

Well I think I found the veggie that stalls me. Broccoli I left it alone for awhile and things were fine. I brought it back and even with all of my exercise and clean eating still 174. It also makes me feel bloated I did walk 2 miles in under 25 min yesterday. I guess its time to up the distance again. I am going to try and add another 1/2 mile in there today.

HuMp Day!!! Day 14 of the Perfect Month

Good Morning All,

I am going in to work later today. I forgot all about my daughter having a half day, so I will need to pick her up from school. It's all good. I went to bed late last night and I am paying for it right now. So I could use a nap!

I realize I haven't posted my menu and exercise in a few days. I have to get back into doing that for my own tracking purposes.
