November 18, Day 18 (week 3)

exercise has to be top priority today. I HAVE to get it in no matter what since last night I pushed it aside again. ended up watching a movie and just hanging out.


not sure about food today, but it will be ON plan.

I released 1.2 pounds overnight! Awesome!

3 fork full of spinach (first time trying it)

Strawberries

No exercise - even tho I have the energy to run 4 miles today.

I was starving today. I worked another long day today, and need to figure out another vegetable to replace tomatoes if I can't find any good ones. It's after 9, but I may run out to the neighboring town and see what their grocery store's got.

I was planning on going out tonight, so I would've had a few drinks....

I know right? What an odd place to start a blog. But I wouldn't be me if I didn't do things a little backwards!

***Weigh-in Day - lost 5.5 pounds for a total of -19.6 pounds! ***
This was my best weigh-in yet. I was beginning to feel like I might be doing something wrong because my numbers were so low in the previous weeks, but little did I know I was coming down with the H1N1 flu. It knocked me on my butt for a few days, but I'm back in action now and ready to rock!

Weighed in Today - Down 20lbs in 3 weeks!

Today is a beautiful day!!! Weighed in this morning for the first time since I started low carbing again 3 weeks ago and I have lost a total of 20lbs.

Yes, I am doing the happy dance. I feel great and am so motivated to keep it going. I know that I have lost quite a few inches but will take new measurements tonight. Gonna try to weigh myself at least once every other week. With my personality, I can't do it every week.

Consumed Today: (Reminder I don't follow Atkins to the letter - I stay in the 20-25g range)

B - Two hard Boiled Eggs - 2g
