One Minute Muffin....

Found this recipe in one of the threads and thought it would be good so that I can get in some flax and good carbs...

For those of you who have never heard of these here is the directions:


1/4 cup Ground flaxseed meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 packet sugar replacement of your choice
1 tbs Cinnamon
1 to 2 TBS of unsalted REAL butter

Mix dry ingredients in a large coffee cup then mix in egg and butter.
Microwave 50 to 60 seconds.
It pours perfectly out of the mug and is very bread/muffin like. Yummy! ...

Sat Nite 08/30/08

it's been a week. I have been following my eating program faithfully.. Even on Wed. when I went out with my friends... I only had Diet coke.. while they were enjoying martinins.
well, last night ( friday) I went out with my vbf in jacksonville.. she talked me into having a martini... I was bad but not as bad as my head hurt from diegesting all that sugar!
I thought is was a one time thimg... tonight I had a 1/2 piece of a sting licorice. it did the same thing. i am just not ready for sugar like that. Well this is a good thing I suppose cause now I really know that i need to...

Week Six, Day Three C25K

Well today was the last day of my week six of the Couch to 5K Running Program. I enjoyed the run but was very tired because I hadn't slept all night, I was up stressing...

I ran for 46 minutes so I got in my 25 minutes... I was trying to speed it up so on the third lap I decreased my time by about 45 seconds...so I need to keep trying to reduce that time...which will be my focus from now on....

Then I came back home and pretty much slept the day away... My dd and her father were together most of the day... Since I had literally IF'd for most of the day I decided to...
