Yes yes yes! I did it! I stuck to my plan for today and I am happy and I feel great. I am annoyed I didn't get this willpower earlier but that's in the past now. what's done is done!lol!

onwards and downwards as I like to say!lol!

Day 3 - Hanging In There

Today begins day 3 and I am hanging in there!
My scale said I have lost 8.5 lbs since Monday night and I do not believe it for a second
Time to buy another scale.
Good thing the contest weigh ins are at work on the fitness center scale. I'll report the true progress on 22Jan08.

Days 1 and 2 have been relatively easy since work has been busy and I don't have time to think about food. Since I have gone to the gym for exercise by the time I get home it is time for dinner, bath, and bed.....not much time to cheat.
I guess the trick is to stay busy...

Induction: Day 3

Got on the scale again this morning and I am still at 236 but I'm okay with that. It's day 3 and I am heading toward the weekend. This is usually the day that I crack so pray for me ...

Breakfast: 3 Cream Cheese Muffins and Coffee w/SF Caramel Syrup and Cream

Snack: Cream Cheese Muffin

Lunch: 2 pieces of sausage quiche and mixed veggies

Snack: drank 2 bottles of lipton white tea

Dinner: Making Zuppa Tuscana (It was the BOMB!!!)
