The weather

I have never realised until now how much the weather influences what you eat. I have been sticking to fruit during the day and one meal at night. Today though is freeeezzzziiiinnnggg and I just had to have some vegetable soup instead of fruit. But, I thought if it had been blazing sun outside I'm sure I would have made a lovely summer fruit salad lol

Accountability and Planning. (Sounds like a govt white paper.)

Started keeping a food diary, just a list of what I eat and drink, to make sure everything is counted for the day and I can't "forget" anything. Keeps me honest.

Wobbly few days not counting properly, though I don't think I went over 25g at any point. I'll continue at 25gs on through to next Sunday, though will weigh this Sunday too, so I've got a full week's OWL at 25g between weigh ins. And I'm working hard on getting more fat into what I eat. Too heavy on protein just now. Maybe the fat will make me lose faster.

I think planning the week's meals ahead...

Has it really been four days?

Since I found this place? That's how fast time goes when you get older.

Okay, so my eating could have been better, but I just refused to eat a sandwich again. No bread, no chips, no floured chicken strips. So, I had a few eggs filled with a tuna/yolk/may/tomato mixture for lunch, and then at work I had one thin strip of beef jerky, some sliced turkey, a small package of cashews and a low carb bar. Then of course I had two splenda sweetened soft drinks.

My mood was a little better today, and maybe TOM had something to do with it. Between that and losing my...
