Down 9lbs today, and I've been in A72 for 9 days!!!!! I can't believe it! My energy is still great, and the cravings I've had for junk all my life, are gone. I can feel my body shrinking, although I don't notice any significant changes yet. The only place I can see a difference is my fact, and around my neck. Oh, and my feet too, LOL. Can't wait until I (and everyone else) can notice a big change in the weight loss.

The Caps have now won two in a row!! Last night they beat the Edmonton Oilers, in the 12th round of SO.... They are in contention for a spot in the playoffs. They haven't been in almost 10 years!! I'm praying for them. Last night Nick Backstrom, Alex Ovechkin, Mike Green and Alex Semin all scored. It was Matt Bradley who won the SO... So the next time the Caps play will be saturday.

I have never realised until now how much the weather influences what you eat. I have been sticking to fruit during the day and one meal at night. Today though is freeeezzzziiiinnnggg and I just had to have some vegetable soup instead of fruit. But, I thought if it had been blazing sun outside I'm sure I would have made a lovely summer fruit salad lol
