2 Weeks Done

I've completed the 2 week induction, but plan to continue for a while. Hopefully the pounds will start to drop again soon.

Yesterday's menu
Breakfast: scrambled egg, sausage, bacon
Lunch: beef and cheese quesadilla
Dinner: taco salad

Weight today: 270

My first day as a non smoker

Well then, this day has been a long time coming and i have been torn between wanting it and not wanting to do it for so long.

it is 4pm here in england, and ive not had a cigarette all day. im quite proud!

Its also my first day back on induction strictly! I have been moderately low carbing for a couple of weeks and have dropped 12 pounds, so now its time to get serious... i must go through OWL etc this time... im a sod for not doing it.

"Getting it Right" Goal Setting Day 2

Ok, so I suppose you should set goals before you start something. But, hey, better late than never.

Like I said yesterday, I am soooo sick of thinking about food and weight all the time that it isn't even funny anymore.

Here are my goals:
Lose 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks, then
lose 3 pounds per week for the next 10 weeks. That would put me at 180 by Feb. 2nd and at goal by March 22nd. I know some weeks I will lose more and some weeks I will lose less, but if it all works out, I'll go into April at goal!

Drink at least 64oz of...

New Weigh In Day

Sunday is he best weigh in day for me, so Sunday from now on. Down another lb since Tuesday.

Thinking about the fact I'm maybe quite a slow loser I doubt I'll get up many rungs on the OWL ladder. Nuts and seeds is okay, and extra veggies. Cottage cheese I don't actually like! Berries, I can live without, for now, but hey, if I can get 'em in, all well and good.

But for now, still on rung 1, 25g, extra veggies.

My leg seems about healed now, I may try exercising at least a little today, then get into routine tomorrow if it is okay.
