Still Day 3

No headache yet. No real cravings to speak of. Everything is going smoothly. My lowcarb plan includes somethings that others don't , though always lowcarb. I think that is what is going to keep me going for the long term this time.

Breakfast: Oopsie roll with egg, cheese & sausage

L: hot & sour soup, chicken with veggies

S: 7 olives and 1oz of cheese


Probably more salt than I need so I'll watch it for the rest of the day.

Week 2

Well week 2 showed a gain of 1lb. I am not sweating it though. I no for sure that I didn't cheat and I exercised. I believe that is where it came from...I have been lifting weights so I am claiming muscle! I truly know how the BL contestants feel when they gain in week 2!

Wait until next week though!

I am a happy chappy!lol!

I stuck to my plan and had my one meal

I did not go overboard. I am full but not over full.

It was actually a lot easier than expected. Let's hope the week continues like this.

So all in all monday wasn't so blue

Oil pulling? Ah, swishing through teeth/gums/tongue!

Found a thread that intrigued and puzzled me, so I had to dive in - finally - to see what in the world this "oil pulling" might be.

See for yourself, at http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/ma...l-pulling.html what I am just now reading and figuring might be worth trying to whiten my teeth, pink up my gums, freshen my breath by removing particles that defy brushing.

At 64, I've lost enamel and my teeth are dingy and discourage me smiling. For years now I've avoided wearing white near my face, as the contrast with off-white teeth...

Monday Monday

Don't have much time today, so here it is short and sweet:

B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, salad, blue cheese dressing
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: crockpot roast, green beans
S: 1/2 zone bar

I weighed myself this morning: 129.6 lbs. My own fault for making the choices I did.

I'm not feeling all that great today either but I suppose that is to be expected.
