Breakfast: Eggs and Sausage Patties
Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: Tilapia and broccoli

Workout:

I will be going to the gym at 4pm to workout with my teammates.

30 mins on ellipitcal
30 min racketball
10 min stretch and cool down

Off to read 2 chapters for class!

Differentiation

I thought I would join in the blogging and give myself a place to collect my thoughts.

For anyone who is wondering, adipocytes are fat cells, and I have plenty of them. Hopefully soon, I will have many less and will change my name to myocyte (muscle cell). My avatar is a picture of an immature fat cell changing into a mature one (pre-adipocyte to adipocyte). This is when the cell starts to take up lipids, and the mature fat cell can grow up to 1,000 times the size of the pre-adipocyte. Is it any wonder we get so large?

I'm loving this forward planning

Was at around the 25grams yesterday. All the forward planning I'd done paid off in terms of time saved, so that felt great. Especially when I sat down with a dinner plate of chicken and veggies at lunchtime. Hot veggies (though I didn't reheat the chicken). Like a proper dinner. Screw salad!

Similar plans today. Slightly lower carb count likely, as yesterday included 8 carbs just in the chopped tomatos I had at dinner!

Roast chicken leg on the menu tonight. I'm salivating already.

Workout Completed Tonight

I stepped up my workout a little tonight. I did 30 mins (2.57 miles) on the ellipitical and 2 laps around the track. I have decided to chill out on the weight training this week and concentrate more on cardio. We will see how these changes affect my losses next week.
