Day Four down!

I have officially been on Atkin's induction for four days and I feel really great! I have surprisingly not really gone through a carb withdrawel like I thought I would. I had a slight headache late Saturday night, but that's been it.

I've been writing down everything I eat and I have kept my carbs to 20 grams or below. I also went running a couple of miles yesterday, so I am getting exercise in as well. I ran a 5k on January 12th, and I want to keep training for them and improving my time. I know that won't happen unless I lose weight. So I am working on that part now and...

Day One

Okay...Today went very well... I didn't have any sweets. Can you believe it? I can't... no cake, no cookies, no super sugary coffee. Thank you God for the continued willpower. I did have too many nuts! I can't just eat 15, so I'll be putting them aside.

Tomorrow is a new day
b=turkey sausage and green tea
L= low carb lean cuisine
D= hamburger patty + cabbage.
Snacks= nuts+nuts
Tomorrow- I will drink more water and limit nuts!
See ya tomorrow... I will conquer this!

Day 4 "Getting it Right"

Smooth Sailing! Just kidding. This requires a lot of willpower. Eating carbs comes naturally to me. If I don't consciously tell myself not to eat them, cookies will be in my mouth and half chewed up before I know what happened.

Still going down. Todays weight: 185.5. Hoping for 184 or lower tomorrow.

Worked out today at the gym with my fitness coach. I'm getting VERY strong. I love it!

Menu today:

Breakfast: low carb monster drink, turkey sausage, tangerine
S: marcona almonds
L: Salad with olives, cheddar, grilled...

My Callanetics Blog

Yesterday i did 1 hour of Callanetics Evolution, i love,love doing Callanetics Evolution i find that it works different muscles then 10/10 or Super C. Also i love that they have not gone off the beaten path with the exercises. Today while surfing the net i ran across a woman who is from out west Calgary, she is a trained teacher of Callanetics. I was so happy to see a website that is based here in Canada, i find myself so passionate about Callanetics, i have read 2 out of 3 books, tried almost all of the exercises, and everything works well and the results are AMAZING!!!!!
