Day 5 Getting it Right

184.5 today. Down from 190 on Monday. I am on target to get to my 10 pound in 2 week goal or even surpass it! I've done 5.5 pounds in 4 days! I love lowcarbing. Who knows, maybe I can do the 10 pounds in 1 week! Stay tuned.

I intended to workout today, but that didn't happen. So after eaten a good bit of salt for the last few days, I wouldn't be surprised if it showed on the scale in the morning. I will be at the gym first thing in the morning.

B: monster energy drink, grilled chicken, olives, almonds

L: stir fry veggies & chicken, hot...

Bye Bye Coffee

Yep, as of tomorrow, no more coffee for me. I know it's gonna be tough, and I'm not looking forward to the headaches, but it's time.

Taking Care of Yourself

Take care of your body. Please don't use this tip to beat yourself up. Start where you are and begin to do little things that will benefit your overall health.

Food and Drink - eat breakfast, drink an extra glass of water, cut down on the sweets (make it definable like, "I'll eat two desserts a week."), start buying healthier snacks to have around the house, etc.

Exercise - go for a walk a couple of times a week, take a dance class, join Weight Watchers or Curves, do five minutes of stretching each morning, play tennis with your husband, etc.

I wish I had a zip

Honestly see if I could zip my mouth shut and lock it, life would be wonderful! I stuck to my one meal today but I totally eat past being full at dinner. I mean It's not like christmas dinner material but I'm still full! I wish when I say to myself "you are full up" that I would actually stop. Some days I'm so good and I can do it. But today...I don't know what I was playing at.

Tomorrow my goal is to eat when hungry and stop when full!! It sounds so simple but it is so hard.


Ahhh the simple things in life....lol

Breakfast: 1/2 Egg Salad (I ended up throwing it out, b/c I added too much salt) coffee
Lunch: 2 Tilapia fillets
Dinner: Salad and Tilapia

Tilapia is so good. I knew it before, but I am beginning to think I have come across a very good brand!

I will be hitting the gym tonight...
