FICTION

WOW! I loved this book ... and I think I found a new favorite author. She is a writer / producer of Samantha Who on TV (I have watched two episodes and liked its quirkyness) and also the writer of "PS I love you", in theaters now. The story of a woman who needs to learn to love and trust ... and her experiences with an Imaginary Friend of her six year old nephew. You will fall in love with Ivan, too! Disney has already secured rights to the book ... wonder who they will...

01/23 W: Y Kid's Zumba (45 Min)

Posted 01-24-2008 at 05:26 AM by LibertyJen
I have been out for a week with upper respiratory distress (layman's term: bad winter cold!). I broke down and started using SUDAFED and GUIFANEISEN and TYLENOL over the weekend. Still taking unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar and Ech/Vit C. I bought some Zinc Lozenges (sugar free) over the weekend, and have been taking those as well. Nutritionally I am well! HA! Just have to let this run its course. I am feeling a bit better now ... so I took the girls to this class.

It started LATE, Laurel wasn't there on time, wasn't dressed!, and the room was a disaster from After School...

I forgot to add this one in here. This was a good class, over 40 kiddos! WOW! I could tell then that I was getting sick and would have to take it easy for a bit ... Laurel taught.

Hallo!

I'm going to use this blog as a way to stay accountable and hopefully get some good suggestions on my menus and maybe get to know some of you. Hi! :hiya:

Some info about me, I'm 5'11", 24yo and my WOE is LC. My starting weight was 250, I am currently at 217.5 as of this morning. I've been bouncing between 216 and 218 for the last week or so (maybe week and a half?). I just started '72 to simplify things. My goal weight is around 175. The lowest I've been at was 200 back in 2004 when I did Atkins for the first time. I fell 'off the wagon' and it has taken me a long time to get back on. I think I just refused to realize what I was doing to myself. I was one of those "I'll start on Monday...." people. Not any more!

This is my menu for today:

B - 3 scrambled eggs with a turkey burger
S - LC Monster
L - 1 cup salad with 1/2 turkey burger
D - ground sirloin burger and 1 cup salad
96+ ounces water

Totals - Cals 1274 Fat 75 Carbs 15 Protein 133

I welcome any comments or suggestions, or even a random hello. :shake:

Bye!
:hiya:
