I have run into a problem with not eating enough. I have been trying not to let that 1 pound weight gain this week bother me, but in actuality it is bugging the heck out of me. I have sat back and though about what I ate over the past week and I have come to the conclusion that it was not nearly enough food. Watching the BL and listening to the trainer's tips, I realize that I have to eat at least 4 small meals a day to consistently lose otherwise my body will freeze up.
