Day 17

Okay so today is day 17 of induction. I am down 11.5lbs from my post-holiday high of 203.5 lbs.

I am feeling good but I know I am not eating enough which is always a concern for me.

I think the reason I am not eating enough is because I don't cook on Sunday for the whole week and because I always underestimate what DH will eat as one of his portions which don't let me have enough leftovers. That combined with the fact that I always eat exactly what is planned and won't cook anything else for myself.

Menu for today is simple

B - Feta cheese...

Breakfast: Decaf coffees w/power creamer and davinci's

Snack: Another Decaf w/1 packet of altern and liquid french vanilla flavored coffeemate because I ran out of davinci's and creamer. I think it had some sugar in it but it said 5 carbs but may be in trouble with that one...

Lunch: Zaxby's grilled chicken salad w/ranch dressing and Lipton Apple Cranberry White Tea

Snack: cream cheese muffin w/SF whipped cream

Dinner: Baked chicken and stir fried kale w/onions

I need to eat more at breakfast. Got the new WW mag...

My thoughts for this 13* Thursday.

Beauty has no size limit. Beauty has no age limit.

Beauty comes in many shapes, sizes ... and ages.

The scale is still 160

...I've been *good* for 3 weeks and exercising for 2 weeks.I can't remember what I ate Mon. morning but I think it was salad.I worked my hardest ever that day.I had to take apart this big wooden structure.The nails were so firmly embedded that when the mechanic tried,he broke the tool.So I proceeded by using a hammer and a crowbar.It took every muscle in my body and the sweat pored off me but I did it.
That night we just had leftovers(roast beef and green beans).
On Tues I ran to town.I believe I had salad that morning too.I made pasta and sauce for supper and I had veggies in lieu...

Not Eating Enough

I have run into a problem with not eating enough. I have been trying not to let that 1 pound weight gain this week bother me, but in actuality it is bugging the heck out of me. I have sat back and though about what I ate over the past week and I have come to the conclusion that it was not nearly enough food. Watching the BL and listening to the trainer's tips, I realize that I have to eat at least 4 small meals a day to consistently lose otherwise my body will freeze up. I know some do not believe in starvation mode, but there is just no other explanation for the gain. I can remember one day of...
