its thursday!!!!

it's thursday and i'm stoked!!!!!!!!!! i'm determine to make this the most fantabulous weekend in history. tomorrow is friday and i usually eat through my weekend. its typical to have my sugary starbucks coffee, steak, loaded bake potato, rolls, and DESSERT!!! but, not this weekend...no, no, no! i refuse to mess us what i've started this week. i'm completely changing my life.
my bf who is the SAME age as me possibly has diabetes. we have the SAME eating habits, so this was truly a wake up call for me. that, along with other thing... like-not having children yet.

I think I had a whoosh!

Woke up this morning and the scale said 125.8. Wha?! I had to get on there three times to make sure. Guess I had a whoosh? I hope I'm using that phrase correctly.

Today:
B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, green salad, blue cheese
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: egg beater scramble (w/lean canadian bacon, peppers, onions), veggies, almonds
S: 1/2 zone bar

I'm trying to get payroll done so I don't have to take it home...Would love a night off!!

So anxious!

I am in the midst of day six on induction. I must admit I feel anxious for the next couple of months to pass! I just can't wait to feel like being under 200 pounds is right within my grasp. AND - since it's my TOM right now, I am not allowing myself to weigh because I don't want the possibility of unmoving numbers to depress me. I read about all these women who have lost over twenty pounds during induction and I just would LOVE to have an immediate jump start like that!

Scale said 172 this am. A bit disappointed to see that, but I know my scale is not completely accurate.

Today is strength training, but I'm thinking I need some cardio as well because of the wings yesterday and I'm upping my calories because staying near 1000 is not realistic for me to keep up. I'll just have to take the weight off slower.

The bulletin board has convinced me that caffine is bad for blood sugar response. I had decaf today.

Just finished strength with weights.
Did 30 minutes on the treadmill after cause I was not happy with seeing...
