It's Firday

The scale was not nice this am. Said 171 and 172 yeah, make me sick.
I'm going to weight in at work on the "officical" scale and see what it says.
Maybe I'll get a Woosh this weekend and weigh in on Tuesday with a good 5 lbs down from last week.

Today is Cardio, so that may help.

Brought baked chicken and a tomato to eat at work today. And Decaf this morning. I'll see if I can give up the caffeine.

Did 1 hour on the elliptical tonight.

Having Kale and Steak for dinner....

Back on the Wagon: Day 4

Breakfast: 2 cups of decaf coffee with french vanilla davincis and heavy cream

Lunch: Low Carb Thickburger from Hardee's w/diet coke (I like my coke zero better )

Snack: cream cheese muffin with SF whipped cream

Dinner: Too ashamed to report but I will say it had to do with Applebee's and the movies.

Workout for Tonight

I finished out the day with a 30min trip on the elliptical and 2 laps around the track. I was happy about that.

Daily Update - Thursday

I'm at 216.5 this morning, yeah! Movement!! :clap:

Today was very very long, long day at work.

My menu for today:
Women's One a Day, Biotin
B - 3 scrambled eggs with a turkey burger
S - SF Vanilla americano with 4 teaspoons heavy cream
L - 1 cup salad with 1/2 turkey burger
D - shrimp scampi
96+ ounces water

Totals - Cals 1090 Fat 67 Carbs 10 Protein 107

I'm going to stick with the same types of foods for a few days to see if the LC Monsters slow down anything or not. I had one yesterday, 1lb loss this morning. Didn't have one today, we'll see how tomorrow weigh in is. I'm sending happy thoughts. (you can too!) :) :cool:
