Not missin' the fries

I have made it through a whole of Atkin's induction and I am happy as a clam at the moment. I had a delicious lunch today at Bill's Buffalo wings (had their "naked" tenders with the "wild" sauce and a side salad with ranch). AND even better...my sister paid! Woohoo!

For dinner I made ham roll ups (a life long favorite that my mom always made) and deviled eggs (imagine Homer Simpson's "ah uh uh uh ah" sound...just replace the word donuts with deviled eggs). It was all so good I just nearly floated off the couch to Nirvana.

At 216 this morning!! w00h00!! More movement!

B - 3 scrambled eggs with a turkey burger
S - SF Vanilla americano with 4 teaspoons heavy cream
L - 1 cup salad with 1/2 turkey burger
D - sirloin burger in a lettuce wrap
96+ ounces water

Totals - Cals 1362 Fat 85 Carbs 8 Protein 133...

its friday...

there's nothing like the day that precedes a day of rest... ahhhh! it feels so good not to follow my normally friday routine. no junk food!

b= sausage w/cheese eggs
l=turkey burger patty and greek salad
d=chicken breast w/o skin and flaxseed muffin...

i did walk today! YEAH
My goal is to incorporate more exercise into my life. i've spent so much time focusing on getting married (when i have no boyfriend) and focusing on my career. it's time for me to begin focusing on the hear and now!!! right now, i'm not healthy and i'm terribly disgusted...

12 lbs Down & In My Size 12 Jeans

Yesterday I started doubting myself big time! For some reason I started thinking I wouldn't be able to keep losing weight. I know I'm eating right, and working out, so not sure what my deal was? After all that worry, today I am down another lb, that makes 12lbs gone so far!

I can't believe in 2.5 weeks I haven't cheated once!!!!

Feeling pretty good today!

From a list of Eating Disorders symptoms:
• Pre-occupied thoughts of food, weight and cooking.

• Blames failure in social and professional community on weight.

• Obsession with weight and complaining of weight problems
(even if "average" weight or thin).

• Holding the belief that life will be better if they can lose weight.

• Chronic dieting on a variety of popular diet plans.
None fit me ..... but it is food for thought.
