there's nothing like the day that precedes a day of rest... ahhhh! it feels so good not to follow my normally friday routine. no junk food!

My goal is to incorporate more exercise into my life. i've spent so much time focusing on getting married (when i have no boyfriend) and focusing on my career. it's time for me to begin focusing on the hear and now!!! right now, i'm not healthy and i'm terribly disgusted...
