I decided not to weigh in this morning.
Since I am following the plan for diet and exercise the weight will come off.
Having said that, I'm sure I'll weigh in tonight or tomorrow

I just can't help it....I want to see the scale go down.
I remember when I was about 10 yr old I took it upon myself to loose 30 lbs. I only ate about 700 cal/day and biked 10 miles a night on a stationary bike. I dropped the 30 lbs in less than a month. I didn't know that was bad for you, but after the weight came off I went back to regular eating and stayed...
