Saturday AM - 214 :kicking:
Sunday AM - 214.5 :confused:
Saturday was a bad day. I ate out twice!! :annoyed: My friend had a birthday coupon for Qdoba and she really really really wanted me to go with her. I ordered a bowl with fajita veggies, chicken, lettuce, mild salsa and a wee bit of cheese. I don't know if they have any sugar in their spices or salsa. Grr.. I felt bad for not knowing (or asking). The qdoba.com calculator came up with Cals 410, Fat 26, Carb 6, Protein 35.. This was breakfast.
I made some shrimp (with butter and a little garlic) for lunch.
THEN I went to a game with a friend. I didn't have time to eat dinner, she didn't eat all day. She said she HAD to go out to dinner before we went to the game. Ugh. So she gave me the option of Chili's or Jimmy Johns. I picked Jimmy Johns. I had their BLT unwich (lettuce wrap - BLT), their online qwackulator tells me: Cals 342, Fat 33, Carb 4, Protein 7.
I know I at least got in 64 ounces of water, then one cup at JJs, then 4 cups after the game--not sure how many ounces in each cup for those...
So.. totals for Saturday - Cals 928, Fat 63, Carbs 10, Protein 75. From the numbers it doesn't look as bad as I had thought. I'm just a little aggravated because I'm always worried about places putting fillers/sugar/yuck in their items without me knowing about it. :(
Sunday -
B - 2 eggs, turkey burger
L - 2 cups salad with a little blue cheese
S - SF Caramel Americano with 2 teaspoons heavy cream and a squirt of whipped cream.
D - planning on having sirloin burger and shrimp
32.. errr... gulp gulp gulp, 64 ounces of water so far. I HAVE to drink at least 32 more before I go to bed.
Totals: Cals 1022, Fat 61, Carbs 6, Protein 108.
