Random Monday Thoughts

Okay, I fell asleep during the State of the Union Address. Did not hear much of it and now really do not want to hear the responses. I don't think I have ever felt so tired of listening to all of the politicians or ever felt like I was not sure of who to vote for at this point.

It was a long day at work today. So glad to make it through it. Bought some groceries this evening and forgot to get ricotta cheese and unsweetened baking chocolate. Got to try a yummy sounding low carb recipe that a friend emailed (for candy) --- so that means I will be shopping again in a...

Daily Update - Monday

Hi all!

I was at 214 this morning :clap:

This morning I made my usual, 3 scrambled eggs and 1/2 of a sirloin burger cut into pieces. Three bites in I was FULL!! I have no idea why. hmm..

I had my coffee at work, SF Vanilla Americano with 3 teaspoons of heavy cream.

For lunch I had my salad with the other 1/2 of the chopped sirloin burger and blue cheese dressing.

I came home early today (worked an earlier shift) and I was starving!!!! Good thing I saved my eggs and burger from this morning. I had that when I got home, now I'm a little hungry again so I'm making a few garlic shrimp with a porto mushroom cap.

I was craving something super sweet also when I got home, I had a couple spoons of SF whipped cream with a little davinics.

I drank 96+ ounces of water so far
My numbers for today:

Cals 1042, Fat 80, Carb 6, Protein 74.

I hope for a great day tomorrow! :kicking:...

Feeling a little better

I weighed in again this morning and I am down about a pound. So I feel a little better now.

AND-my pants have been slipping down all day, so obviously I've gotten smaller. I did go to the gym this morning and ran and lifted some weights, so I'm on the ball with exercising. I'm even gonna run another 5k on February 17th. Hopefully I can improve my time since I'll a lot lighter!

Last Monday of January

Aagh! My printer wasn't aligning correctly for the forms I needed to print so I couldn't finish last night. So now I have to try again.

Weighed in at 126.6 lbs this morning.

B: latte' and almonds
L: latte' and almonds
S: beef jerky, cucumbers, almonds
D: egg white omelette
S: 1/2 zone bar

I know I said I would ease up on the latte' but I had an important meeting at the coffee shop this morning. Okay, okay it was a date with my husband! Let's blame him.
