Daily Update - Tuesday

Down to 213 this morning! (well, my scale said 213 then 213.5 then 213.. so, I'll go with 213!)

My menu today:

B - two baked porto mushrooms with little parm
S - SF Vanilla Americano with 2 teaspoons HC
L - salad with blue cheese
S - SF Carmel Americano with 2 teaspoons HC
D - sirloin burger and shrimp

water - 128+ ounces

Totals: Cals 1060, Fat 74, Carbs 9, Protein 88.

Jeez, those mushrooms did a big one on my carbs for today (6 carbs for 2 medium-ish caps). I needed to get them eaten before they got bad, I'll stay away from them for a while.

It's the 28th!

Well, I've been craving chocolate like crazy today and I finally had time to check the calendar--and what do you know, here comes TOM. If I can be strong through the next few days, I actually have a chance to lose some serious poundage. It's the only good thing I can think of about TOM--that after the first day I generally have a whoosh.

B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, salad, blue cheese
S: beef jerky, green peppers, almonds
D: omelettes
S: 1/2 zone bar

Revised Workout

I have met my new passion RACQUETBALL!!! I warmed up on the track by power walking through 2 laps, then I hit the elliptical for 10 min (I had some chapter reading to do) then I decided to pick up a racket and head to the courts. I played for about 15 mins by myself then my husband joined me after he was finished on the treadmill. All is all we stayed in there for 40 min! It was a really good workout. Running after that ball is NO JOKE! I was dripping wet with sweat. I would like to play at least 3 times a week. It was a good alternative to doing the same things all the time!!!...

Still Going...

That sounds like the energizer bunny! That is what I feel like right now. I have so much energy I really do not know what to do with it. Eating right + exercise = ENERGY. I believe that Body Combat class was good for me. Even though it beat me down BIG TIME, I wanna do it again! The next class is tomorrow night!

B: 2 Sausages and 1 cup of coffee
L: Panera Bread salad iced tea
D: Shrimp Egg Foo Young salad or broccoli

Workout

30 min on elliptical
strength training
