Skipped the fat fast this week... just wasn't up to it!

Sat-

B-
2 egg + 2oz cream cheese + liquid sweetener "pancakes", 3 slices bacon (3.7 carbs)

L-
Pork rinds with butter cinnamon and liquid sweeteners (1.0)

D-
6 oz thin-sliced beef cooked w/garlic and 1 tbsp LC ketchup (2.0)

(5.7 carbs)


Sun-

B-

Day 1 of BodyWeight Exercising

Didn't have much time, but I did much of the exercises from Turbulance Training and I feel GREAT!! At work at the moment so can't post much, but I can tell a huge difference in how I feel. Def an incentive to keep going, like with low carb, I feel so much better eating this way, which has become way more important to me than the weightloss aspect. Of course I want/need to lose weight, but the way I feel eating this way is enough by itself to keep me on the WOL.

This is day 1 I'm starting over with induction after that weekend debaucle. Here we go. I'm up to 190 on the scales ugghh....

Struggles!

Hello everyone who reads this, I have been struggling with my weight and not doing well weight wise. I know I will get it together soon.

I read this today and has helped me so much. I can feel myself getting back on track!

Should start blogging again. It's always useful. I don't want to bore the folks over on live journal wittering about Low Carb, so can witter here instead.

I'm currently at 160lbs, having gone down a little after a stall for all of August. But I had lost 2kg of bodyfat, according to my gym fitenss assessment.

I've been on Induction level carbs and legal foods for the past few weeks (well maybe a little over on the veggie carbs by now) and have been concentrating on eating clean. I think it's time to start moving up the rungs again from next week. I'm already on rung...

Adjustments and re-focusing

Being back at home requires some adjustments. I am using my own treadmill again. I notice that my treadmill has more drag on it than the ones at the gym. I have to work harder at a lower speed but it gets the same results. Hot n sweaty and raising the heartbeats.

I cannot afford to fool around with my food plan. No leeway. I have been floundering up and down for a month or more. It is time to see a NEW number on the scale! Ya know what I mean?

It has been difficult to exercise in this humidity but I have tried just the same. Yesterday I was late getting...
