I cant believe it will be almost a year of LC and I'm not anywhere near goal. I even gained 10lbs back. My mental attitude has gone puff!

Even on days Ive cheated, I seem to punish myself by eating more.. the emotional part of this.. which stinks!

When I eat good lc, my mind or conscience is feeling good. Why dont I want to stay that way. Just eating one bite has sent me back into carb hell.

I got my bathingsuit a few days ago. It looks so small. I dont think 10lbs ago it would have.

I would almost post it on the fridge but it would...

New Beginnings

I have been low carbing over the last few weeks. I decided to keep a blog of this journey.. afterall this is an adventure that will take awhile. Five years ago I lost 100 pounds doing low carbs... but for several reasons, I have gained a lot of the weight back. Well... last time I started at 275. .. and I am back up to 236 as of today. Hopefully I will have as much success with weight loss as I was then. I will share on these blogs what I am doing now to lose the weight: exercise, diet and misc. ramblings.
I am sure the question comes to mind of why I gained this much weight back......

First day of meetings. Long day and they ordered pizza for lunch. I was expecting that we would go out for lunch so I only brought my snack with me.
I have all kinds of stuff in my hotel fridge, but didn't bring more.
I'm starving. But I'm waiting to get back to have a snack and go workout.

I did my cardio. I'm starving and we are eating late because they waited for me to go to the gym.
Overall it was an excellent day because I stayed on plan.
Disappointing that the hotel scale has me at 167. I was hoping it would say 160.

Went to Outback...

Been a long time!

Gosh, I can't believe I've been without posting for so long. I had a great weekend, but it was not good for the eating. On to a new week! I didn't weigh myself because I don't think I want to know. I know after a few days of eating right I'll be back anyway. One good thing to keep me on track: my tummy is upset. Don't really feel like eating much of anything, including junk.

Today:

B: latte' and almonds
L: chicken, green salad, blue cheese
S: beef jerky, sugar snap peas, almonds
D: I don't know...shrimp and veggies?
S: 1/2 zone...
